3.0 is the minimum undergraduate gpa to be considered for admission. While there is no cut-off above this gpa, the average gpa for admitted candidates generally falls between 3.6 and 3.8 with a wider range. Admitted candidates with an undergraduate gpa at the lower end of the range have usually completed postbacc or graduate level coursework showing an upward trend in academic achievement over time. All coursework taken after the undergraduate program, whether postbacc or at the graduate level is considered.
