Virtual interviews include 3, one-on-one interviews with a variety of MUSC members (faculty, staff, students, alumni). Interviewees have the opportunity to connect with faculty and current medical students.
MUSC College of Medicine is privileged to connect with a variety of academically gifted and uniquely talented applicants who share our pursuit of medical excellence, innovation and compassionate service. The purpose of the Interview Day is to help the Admissions Committee better understand who you are, what matters most to you and why you have chosen to become a physician. https://medicine.musc.edu/education/medical-students/admissions/interview-process
Most schools begin sending invitations September–October on a rolling basis. Earlier is better — submit your primary early. Schools with rolling admissions fill seats throughout the cycle, so late applicants face a more competitive pool for fewer spots.
